My name is Zjohnpu, founder of Breakthrough Group.  Our Story began in 2011 when I started my journey as a recruiter for an agency recruiting firm. From there I transitioned to leading recruiting teams at Meta, Angi and a startup called Karbon. Working for startups to global companies has given me insight into a variety of corporate landscapes. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of professionals, from entry-level professionals to executive leaders, navigate their job search and discover their potential. Like many, in 2020 during a global pandemic I experienced my first layoff and I turned a challenging moment into an opportunity and founded Breakthrough Group, a career coaching organization. My own career struggles gave me the perspective to help others rise above theirs.
